Greenwood Old Fashioned
2 0z Greenwood Whiskey
½ teaspoon sugar
3 dashes Angostura bitters
Garnish: orange peel
Instructions:
Add the sugar and bitters to a rocks glass, then stir until sugar is nearly dissolved.
Fill the glass with large ice cubes, add the bourbon, and gently stir to combine.
Express the oil of an orange peel over the glass, then drop in.

Tulsa Mule
2 oz Greenwood Whiskey
.50 oz Lime Juice
Ginger Beer
1 Fresh Mint Leaf
Instructions:
Pack copper mug with ice
Add Greenwood and
lime juice.
Top with Ginger Beer
Garnish: Mint Leaf

Whiskey Smash
3 lemon wedges
2 oz Greenwood Whiskey
3/4 oz simple syrup
4 mint leaves
Garnish: mint sprig
Instructions:
Muddle the lemon wedges in a shaker.
Add Greenwood Whiskey, simple syrup, mint leaves and ice, and shake until well-chilled.
Double-strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
Garnish with a mint sprig.

Greenwood Peach Sunset
1.5 oz Greenwood Whiskey
3 oz Peach Nectar
1 oz Lemon Juice
Garnish with a peach slice, lemon, & cherry
Instructions:
Build in a Shaker with Ice
Shake Well
Pour over ice

1 oz orange liqueur
3/4 oz lemon juice
Garnish: orange twist
Instructions:

Strain into chilled glass

2 oz Greenwood Whiskey
3/4 oz Grand Marnier
Splash of grenadine
1 egg white
Instructions:
Shake all ingredients
Strain in a chilled glass
Garnish – fresh raspberry

Whiskey Sour
2 oz Greenwood Whiskey
1 oz fresh lemon juice
3/4 oz pure maple syrup or simple syrup
Garnish: Orange peel and cocktail cherry
Instructions:
Shake with ice
Strain into ice filled glass
Serve on the rocks

2 oz Greenwood Whiskey
0.5 oz Blackberry Lemongrass Syrup
0.25 oz Lemon Juice
4 sprigs of Sage
Instructions:
Pour ingredients into 4 blackberries to a mixing glass
Add ice and shake vigorously
Double strain over fresh ice in a rock glass

Whiskey Orange
2 oz Greenwood Whiskey
1/4 oz Sambuca
1/2 oz Orange Juice
Teaspoon Sugar
Garnish: orange peel
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well for 10-15 seconds and pour into glass. Garnish with orange peel.

CastleBerry Boulevardier
2 oz Greenwood Whiskey
1 oz Campari
1 oz sweet vermouth
Garnish: orange twist
Add Greenwood whiskey, Campari and sweet vermouth into a mixing glass with ice and stir until well-chilled.
Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
Garnish with an orange twist.
