Mandarin Old Fashion
2 oz Greenwood Whiskey
25 oz Aperol
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Garnish: Tangerine Peel
Instructions:
Muddle half a tangerine with the Aperol. Fill rocks glass with ice. Add the orange bitters. Stir. Garnish with the tangerine peel.

Tulsa Mule
2 oz Greenwood Whiskey
.25 oz Melon Liqueur
.50 oz Lime Juice
Ginger Beer
1 Fresh Mint Leaf
Instructions:
Pack copper mug with ice
Pour Greenwood + Melon Liqueur
Add lime
Top with Ginger Beer
Garnish Mint Leaf

Whiskey Smash
2 oz Greenwood Whiskey
1/2 oz lemon
1/2 oz a lime
1/2 oz simple syrup
7 fresh mint leaves
Crushed ice
Instructions:
Muddle the lemon in a shaker. Add the remaining ingredients and ice and shake. Double-strain into a rocks glass over ice. Slap a mint sprig on the back of your hand and use as a garnish.

Greenwood Peach Sunset
1.5 oz Greenwood Whiskey
3 oz Peach Nectar
1 oz Lemon Juice
Garnish with a peach slice, lemon, & cherry
Instructions:
Build in a Shaker with Ice
Shake Well
Pour over ice

2 oz Greenwood Whiskey
1 oz orange liqueur
3/4 oz lemon juice
Garnish: orange twist
Instructions:
Build in a Shaker with Ice
Shake Well
Strain into chilled glass
Garnish – Sugar rim (optional)

2 oz Greenwood Whiskey
3/4 oz Grand Marnier
Splash of grenadine
1 egg white
Instructions:
Shake all ingredients
Strain in a chilled glass
Garnish – fresh raspberry

Whiskey Sour
2 oz Greenwood Whiskey
1 oz fresh lemon juice
3/4 oz pure maple syrup or simple syrup
Garnish: Orange peel and cocktail cherry
Instructions:
Shake with ice
Strain into ice filled glass
Serve on the rocks
