• Greenwood Eggnog


    1.5 oz Greenwood Whiskey or Greenwood Celebration
    4 oz Eggnog
    Ground Nutmeg
    Ground Cinnamon

    Instructions: In a shaker combine eggnog and Greenwood Whiskey/Celebration. Add ice and shake gently to combine and chill. Strain mixture into glass.

    Garnish: Garnish with pinch of ground nutmeg and cinnamon.

  • Pear & Honey


    2 oz Greenwood Whiskey
    1.5 oz Pear Nectar
    1/2 oz Lime Juice
    1/2 oz honey simple syrup
    Ginger Beer
    Pear Slice

    Instructions: Add Greenwood Whiskey, pear nectar, lime juice, and honey simple syrup into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until cold. Strain into rock glass with ice and top off with ginger beer.

    Garnish: Sage and pear slice.

    2 oz Greenwood 1906
    3/4 oz Lemon Juice
    1/2 oz Simple Syrup
    2 oz Champagne

    Instructions: Add Greenwood 1906, lemon juice, & simple syrup together with ice in a cocktail shaker. Strain into a champagne flute.

    Garnish: Top with champagne and garnish with an orange peel spiral.

    1.5 oz Greenwood Whiskey
    3 oz Lemonade
    Mint Sprig/Lemon Wheel

    Instructions: Add Greenwood Whiskey, lemonade, and mint sprig to cocktail shaker. Muddle briefly and strain into a glass filled with ice.

    Garnish: Garnish with mint sprig and lemon wheel.

  • Caramel Apple Old Fashioned


    1.5 oz Greenwood Celebration
    1 oz Apple Cider
    2 dashes of bitters
    Green Apples (Thinly sliced for garnish)

    Instructions: Fill glass with large ice cube. Add Greenwood Celebration, bitters, & apple cider to a shaker and shake vigorously for a few seconds.

    Garnish: Pour over ice and garnish with green apple slices.

  • Rye Lotta Colada


    2 oz Greenwood Whiskey
    2 oz Pineapple Juice
    1/2 oz Lime Juice
    1/2 oz Coconut Cream
    3 dashes Angostura bitters
    Cherry/Orange Slice

    Instructions: Add ingredients (except bitters) into a shaker with ice and shake for 15-20 seconds. strain over ice into rock glass. Top off with Angostura bitters and garnish with cherry and/or orange slice.

    Garnish: Garnish with cherry and/or orange slice.

    1 oz Greenwood Whiskey
    3/4 oz Aperol
    3/4 oz Lemon Juice
    3/4 oz Amaro Nonino
    Lemon twist

    Instructions: Add all ingredients into a shaker. Add ice and shake until cold. Strain into a couple glass.

    Garnish: Garnish with lemon twist.

  • Island Breeze


    1.5 oz Greenwood Celebration
    1 oz Pineapple Juice
    1oz Coconut Syrup
    1/2 oz Lemon Juice
    1/4 oz Agave Syrup
    Pineapple Chunk

    Instructions: Add ingredients into shaker with ice and strain into rock glass over ice.

    Garnish: Garnish with pineapple chunk.

    2 oz Greenwood Celebration
    1/2 oz LS Cream
    1/2 oz Kahlua
    2 dashes Orange Bitters
    1 dash Chocolate Bitters
    Orange Zest

    Instructions: Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into martini glass over large cube.

    Garnish: Garnish with orange zest.

  • Greenwood Old Fashioned


    2 oz Greenwood Whiskey
    3 dashes Angostura Bitters
    1/4 oz Simple Syrup
    Orange Peel

    Instructions: Add ingredients into a mixing glass. Add ice. Stir for thirty seconds, or until chilled. Strain over a large cube into the glass.

    Garnish: Express orange peel and garnish.

  • Crocket & Paloma


    2 oz Greenwood Whiskey
    4 oz Grapefruit Juice
    1 oz Honey Simple Syrup
    Splash of Club Soda
    Slice of Grapefruit

    Instructions: Fill a mixing glass and rock glass with ice. Combine Greenwood, grapefruit juice, and honey simple syrup into a mixing glass and stir for 15-20 seconds. Strain ingredients into rock glass. Top with club soda.

    Garnish: Slice of grapefruit.

  • Respect Your Elder


    2 oz Greenwood Whiskey
    1 oz St. Germain
    2 dashes of Angostura Bitters

    Instructions: Pour St. Germain, Greenwood Whiskey and bitters into mixing glass and fill with ice. Stir until cold and strain into glass filled with ice. Garnish with a lemon twist.

    Garnish: Lemon Twist.

    1.5 oz Greenwood Whiskey
    1/2 oz Peach Liqueur
    1/4 oz Ginger Juice
    1/2 oz Mint Tea Syrup
    1/2 oz Lemon Juice
    Ginger Beer
    Mint Sprig

    Instructions: Build all ingredients except ginger beer into shaker tin. Add ice, shake, strain and pour into rocks glass with ice. Top off with splash of Ginger Beer.

    Garnish: Mint sprig.

    1 oz Sweet Vermouth
    2 dashes Angostura bitters

    Instructions: Add all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice and stir until chilled. Strain into a couple glass.

    1 oz Campari
    1 oz sweet vermouth

    Instructions: Add Greenwood whiskey, Campari and sweet vermouth into a mixing glass with ice and stir until well-chilled. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.

    Garnish: Orange twist.

    2 oz Greenwood Whiskey
    3/4 oz Orange Juice
    3/4 oz Lime Juice
    1/4 oz Grenadine

    Instructions: Add ingredients into shaker, add ice and shake until cold. Strain cocktail into glass. Garnish with orange wedge and/or cocktail cherry.

    Garnish: Orange Twist or Cocktail Cherry.

    2 oz Greenwood Whiskey
    1 oz lemon juice
    3/4 oz simple syrup

    Instructions: Shake with ice. Strain into ice filled glass. Serve on the rocks.

    Garnish: Orange peel and cocktail cherry.

    2 oz Greenwood Whiskey
    1 oz Orange Liqueur
    1/2 oz Lemon Juice

    Instructions: Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a rock glass.

    Garnish: With lemon twist.

  • Blackberry Rye Smash


    2 oz Greenwood Whiskey
    1/2 oz lime juice
    4-5 mint leaves-muddled
    2-3 blackberries-muddled
    1/2 oz simple syrup
    1 oz club soda

    Instructions: In a shaker add mint leaves and blackberries Muddle until crushed. Add whiskey, ice, and simple syrup and shake intensely. Stir and garnish with mint leaves and blackberry.

    Garnish: Mint leaves and blackberries.

  • Tulsa Mule


    2 oz Greenwood Whiskey
    1/2 oz Lime Juice
    Ginger Beer
    1 Fresh Mint Leaf

    Instructions: Pack copper mug with ice. Add Greenwood and lime juice. Top with Ginger Beer.

    Garnish: Mint Leaf.
