2 oz Greenwood Whiskey
3/4 oz Merlet Crème de Peche
1/2oz fresh lime juice
Instructions: Shake all ingredients in mixer with ice and strain into cocktail glass.
Garnish: Orange slice.
Greenwood Old Fashioned
2 oz Greenwood Whiskey
3 dashes of Angostura bitters
1 teaspoon sugar
Instructions: Add the sugar and bitters to a rocks glass, then stir until sugar is nearly dissolved. Fill the glass with large ice cubes, add the bourbon, and gently stir to combine. Express the oil of an orange peel over the glass, then drop in.
Garnish: Orange peel.
Tulsa Mule
2 oz Greenwood Whiskey
1/2 oz Lime Juice
Ginger Beer
1 Fresh Mint Leaf
Instructions: Pack copper mug with ice. Add Greenwood and lime juice. Top with Ginger Beer.
Garnish: Mint Leaf.
Whiskey Smash
3 lemon wedges
2 oz Greenwood Whiskey
3/4 oz simple syrup
4 mint leaves
Instructions: Muddle the lemon wedges in a shaker. Add Greenwood Whiskey, simple syrup, mint leaves and ice, and shake until well-chilled. Double-strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
Garnish: Mint sprig.
Greenwood Peach Sunset
1.5 oz Greenwood Whiskey
3 oz Peach Nectar
1 oz Lemon Juice
Instructions: Build in a Shaker with Ice. Shake Well. Pour over ice.
Garnish: With a peach slice, lemon, & cherry.

2 oz Greenwood Whiskey
1 oz orange liqueur
3/4 oz lemon juice
Instructions: Build in a Shaker with Ice. Shake Well. Strain into chilled glass.
Garnish: Orange twist and sugar rim (optional).
West End Martini
2 oz Greenwood Whiskey
3/4 oz Grand Marnier
Splash of grenadine
1 egg white
Instructions: Shake all ingredients. Strain in a chilled glass.
Garnish: Fresh raspberry.
Whiskey Sour
2 oz Greenwood Whiskey
1 oz fresh lemon juice
3/4 oz pure maple syrup or simple syrup
Instructions: Shake with ice. Strain into ice filled glass. Serve on the rocks.
Garnish: Orange peel and cocktail cherry.

1/2 oz Blackberry Lemongrass Syrup
1/4 oz Lemon Juice
4 sprigs of Sage
Instructions: Pour ingredients into 4 blackberries to a mixing glass. Add ice and shake vigorously. Double strain over fresh ice in a rock glass.
Garnish: Sprigs of Sage.

2 oz Greenwood Whiskey
1/4 oz Sambuca
1/2 oz Orange Juice
Teaspoon Sugar
Instructions: Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well for 10-15 seconds and pour into glass.
Garnish: Orange peel.
CastleBerry Boulevardier
2 oz Greenwood Whiskey
1 oz Campari
1 oz sweet vermouth
Instructions: Add Greenwood whiskey, Campari and sweet vermouth into a mixing glass with ice and stir until well-chilled. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
Garnish: Orange twist.
Tropical Ginger
1.5 oz Greenwood Whiskey
1/4 oz pineapple jalapeño syrup
1.5 oz pineapple juice
Ginger beer
Instructions: Shake Greenwood, syrup and juice with ice into shaker . Strain and pour into rocks glass over ice. Top with ginger beer.
Garnish: Pineapple Chunk.
Joy Ride
2 oz Greenwood Whiskey
1/4 oz cinnamon orange syrup
2 dashes Angostura aromatic bitters
1 dash Angostura orange bitters
Instructions: Mix all ingredients in mixing glass with ice and stir for 10 seconds. Strain and pour into rocks glass over large cube.
Garnish: Orange zest.
Seneca Village Manhattan
2 oz Greenwood Whiskey
2 dashes Angostura bitters
1 dash Orange bitters
Instructions: Stir until chilled then strain into coupe glass.
Garnish: 1 cherry.
Greenwood Island
1.5 oz Greenwood Whiskey
2.5 oz Mango Nectar
Splash of Sour Mix
Instructions: Mix ingredients into cocktail shaker with ice, shake well and serve in cocktail glass.

1.5 oz Greenwood Whiskey
.5 oz Peach liqueur
.25 oz Ginger juice
.5 oz mint tea syrup
.5 oz lemon juice
